What I find sadist Leonidas' total disregard for his bodyguard which he condemned to death by going to Thermopolyea. I am also dismayed that so little credit is given to the thousands of free Greeks that fought alongside the Spartans. Maybe someday we'll see a decent film that truly represents that battle and more importantly one of the battle of Marathon where the free Greeks defended democracy without the Spartans.
