I will be speaking at the British Association for American Studies conference on Friday 17 April. My topic is 'Robert Frost and the First World War'. The conference runs from Thursday 16th to Sunday 19th. Among the many sessions and parallels panels there doesn't seem to be much poetry --- let alone war poetry --- but if you're interested in Frank Sinatra, the 1952 Presidential election, or orphanhood in American novels, this is the conference for you.
